Frequently Asked Questions

When should I book my Ganpati?+

We recommend booking 6–8 weeks before Ganesh Chaturthi. Popular sizes and mandal orders often fill up 3 months in advance.

What's the difference between Shadu Mati and POP?+

Shadu Mati is a natural river clay that dissolves gently in water — the most eco-friendly choice for visarjan. POP is stronger and holds fine detail for grand mandal murties, but is less biodegradable.

Do you deliver outside Satara city?+

Yes — we deliver across 40+ villages in Satara district including Karad, Wai, Phaltan and Mahabaleshwar. Nominal charges apply based on distance.

How much advance is required?+

Advance amounts range from ₹500 to ₹3,500 depending on the murti. The remaining balance is paid at delivery.

Can I customise the color or ornaments?+

Absolutely. Share your requirements at booking (or on WhatsApp) and our sculptors will accommodate reasonable customisations at no extra cost for standard changes.

What payment methods do you accept?+

Razorpay, UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, bank transfer, and cash on delivery.

Do you take mandal or bulk orders?+

Yes. We have dedicated mandal packages including installation support. Contact us for a custom quote.

What if I need to cancel?+

Cancellations up to 30 days before delivery receive a full refund of the advance. Closer to delivery, the advance is non-refundable as sculpting is already underway.
