Privacy Policy
Shivmudra Arts respects your privacy. We collect only the information necessary to process your booking — your name, phone number, delivery address, and any customisation notes you share. This information is used solely to fulfil your order and communicate with you about it. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
Payment information is processed by our payment partners (e.g. Razorpay) and never stored on our servers.
For any privacy request — including deletion of your data — please email hello@shivmudraarts.in.
Terms of Service
- Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment.
- As every murti is hand-sculpted, slight variations from photographs are natural and expected.
- Delivery dates are estimates; we always aim to deliver 2–3 weeks before Ganesh Chaturthi.
- Cancellations up to 30 days before delivery receive a full refund. Closer to delivery, advances are non-refundable.
- Damage during customer-arranged transport is not covered under our warranty.
